Across her career, Lynn has positively impacted organizations like Kellogg Company as a food technologist and consumer communications manager, Miller College as a communications professor, Humanergy as a leadership development connector, JPG Resources as a food and beverage business partner, and non-profit organizations as a leadership team member.
An award-winning author in leadership development and consumer relationship management, Lynn holds an MA in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and BS in food science from Purdue University.

Michelle Atwell serves as the CEO of SEND International US and is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of mobilizing missionaries to plant churches in unreached people groups around the world in support of the global mission of SEND International. With headquarters located in the Detroit area, she oversees 30 US staff members spread across the nation, just over 220 US-sent missionaries serving in 22 countries, and a budget of nearly $18M used to increase gospel access.
She comes to SEND with over 20 years of experience working at ministries and nonprofits—and she’s the first female executive in this role. Prior to SEND, she held positions at the American Red Cross, Grace Centers of Hope and served on the Board of Directors for SEND International US and the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness.
Her missions background includes short-term church planting in Chernobyl Ukraine; a student ministry program in Russia as a college student with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship; and serving as the Missions Chair at her local church. She travels extensively across the US and globally on behalf of SEND International.
Michelle has a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Non-Profit Management from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Oakland University. She is also an alumni of Leadership Detroit and has been involved in several nonprofit organizations in a volunteer capacity.
She lives in metro Detroit with her husband, Joe, and their two children. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys running, reading and spending time with her family.

Brad has over 30 years of experience in business-to-business sales, working with business owners and corporate officers. Building connections and relationships with consultants and trusted advisor professionals, he brings a unique skill set that helps clients navigate the ever-changing business climate. Brad has a diverse background in financial services and insurance sales & marketing. Brad also gives back to the small business community through volunteer work with SCORE.org, SBDC of Michigan and SBAM. Brad is the current president of the Michigan Business Brokers Association (west) as well as the vice president of the State Association.
Brad earned his degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California San Diego. He relocated to Michigan in the fall of 2005 and became active with many business advocacy groups, serving on several boards at both local and state levels. He enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and kids in the Vicksburg area, supporting youth sports, playing golf, kayaking, working on home improvement projects and exploring the great state of Michigan.

Peter C. Cook is Founder and President of Automation Design + Entertainment, Inc. of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is a CEDIA Certified Electronic System Designer as well as a CEDIA Level One Installer and THX certified home theater designer. He is the current CEDIA Industry Relations Chair as well as Past Chair of the Electronic Lifestyle Outreach events throughout the country. He has over twenty nine years of experience in the sales, design, project management, and ownership of a custom electronics design and installation business located in West Michigan. He has designed, installed, and serviced residential electronic systems in mid to high end custom homes and commercial applications for close to three decades. He brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and practical expertise to the architectural and design community.
Peter and his projects have been featured in numerous magazines, newspapers and trade journals including Electronic House, Residential Systems, Robb Report Home, Entertainment Magazine, Home Systems Installer, Wall Street Journal and New York Times to name a few and won many industry awards including the 2019 TechHome Mark of Excellence Award for the Luxury Home category.
