Aaron Sweeten is the owner of Sweeten Insurance Solutions, a full service independent insurance broker.  This is his 14 year in business as a insurance agency owner.  He has been married to his wife Lillian for 12 years, has a 10 year old daughter named Emma, 6 year old daughter named Autumn and Lillian is pregnant with their 3^rd daughter, due any day now.  Networking has always been a large part of his business and finding a group that integrates those 2 key parts is what drew him to CBRT.  The quarterly meetings are great to meet the other chapter members and here some higher level discussion from the speakers.  He is excited to lead a new chapter to help the footprint of CBRT
