Founder
Story
Jeffrey Brittan CEO StructureTec Group
Mr. Brittan founded StructureTec Group in 1991. With perseverance and a dedicated team, it soon grew into one of the most successful firms of its kind. But while it grew, so did a type of unexpected isolation. While everyone was depending on him, there was no place for him to turn for advice and counsel. Mr. Brittan realized a need for an organization where executives can gather and share concerns, challenges and discuss solutions, so he founded CBRT| The Business Round Table.

What is a Round Table Meeting?
Round Table Meetings are small groups that are designed to provide an outlet for in-depth discussion centered around a central topic. There are currently 12 different monthly Round Table meeting groups (board room style) varying from 8 to 20 attendees. Our current Michigan locations are: Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Holland, with several in the Detroit area.
What to expect:
Round Table groups meet once monthly. Although times vary depending on location, meetings typically start at 7:00 a.m. and last for an hour, promptly dismissing at the scheduled time. The meetings begin with the pledge of allegiance and reading of the CBRT Credo. The conversation follows a unified, monthly topic which relates to the upcoming Leadership Event. Attendees discuss the topic as it pertains to their challenges, solutions and final take-away. Each meeting is moderated by one of our chairmen to ensure all are able to participate and gain valuable insight.
Who can attend?
All business leaders in any industry are welcome to attend our Round Table Meetings. The conversation topics are specifically geared toward those in high-level leadership positions such as, C-Level, Executive and Senior Management.
