Adam Baron is an entrepreneurial leader with a rich history working in the business of Higher Education and NGOs. Domestically and abroad, he has been a Student Pastor, Regional Director, Faculty Instructor, Dean of Students, Chairman, Special Assistant, and more. He holds three master’s degrees from Wheaton, Pepperdine, and King’s College London, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, and Second-in-Command, of Send International. SEND is a 78-year-old story-rich global missions’ agency with US offices in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Adam hails from a long line of successful hardworking ‘traditional’ business leaders and applies those traits and super-powers in his work today as a skilled strategist, networker, capital fundraiser, and operational leader. In an ever-changing and tumultuous world, he has a low threshold for sameness, and a keen focus on projects with compound interest. He is fueled with a spirited Nehemiah-like administrative savvy, doggedness, and the convening of people who desire to get good work done.
He serves as a Board member for the Christian Business Round Table and Revive Europe™ and directs the Tatlow Society – focused keenly on the revival and renewal of the collegiate world. Described as a ‘Sainted-Pitbull’, Adam has been charged with the task of leading organizational change and disruption within the modern missions’ enterprise at SEND.
When not out-to-change-the-world, he loves being with his family, coaching his daughter’s junior soccer team, planning another trip to his beloved Great Britain, and working meticulously on the yard. He will be speaking about leadership, change, and what it means to do “God’s business” as a Gospel Patron.
