Speakers

John M. "GB" Richmond

Founder Goodbye Money Stress

Founder: Goodbye Money Stress, Financial Literacy & Wellness Consultant, Professional Speaker of Turbulence, Transformation & Application

GB has been where you are: self-employed, an employer, and an employee; fully leveraged and debt free, had a very healthy salary and not much of one at all.

GB has navigated squashed dreams, decisions between settling for a guaranteed payoff vs. not settling but no guarantee; Co-founding a wealth management firm in his 20’s and growing it from zero to over $100 million dollars under management; Creating and cultivating a company culture so dynamic only 4 people (outside of retirement) left over almost 30 years…then at the pinnacle, being inspired with a calling, taking a leap of faith, and walking away to teach high school.

Identifying goals, channeling passion, relentless determination, dogged perseverance, developing systems and processes, and managing highs and lows are the benchmarks of his life…and praise God for the struggle. It taught him the “Success Structure”, how to go from “here” (where he currently is) to “there” (where he desires to be), which he has successfully used in faith and fitness, finances, academics and relationships.

Naturally blessed with the charism of storytelling, a delivery style that is casual, easy-going and relatable, and using humor, drama, adversity, and the joy that is real life, he shares his personal experiences to engage audiences, provide key lessons, a framework to follow, and hope upon which to latch.

GB is the founder of Goodbye Money Stress. A company comprising three divisions: Financial Literacy Workshops for groups; A High-Level Coaching Experience for groups and individuals; and Professional Speaking, where his use of turbulence, transformation, and application captivates audiences.

GB is married to Dannielle. Between them they have five grown children with two children (Rhodesian Ridgebacks) who keep them company at home.
