Leadership Breakfast Social: November 18–Grand Rapids

Jeff Disher is Founder and Board Chair of DISHER Corp, an engineering and business consulting firm headquartered in West Michigan. For 20 years, DISHER has been making a positive difference with their customers, their teammates, and in our community.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He also is a certified Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

In October of 2008, Jeff was selected as the Small Business Person of the Year by the Holland Area Chamber of Commerce, and in 2015 DISHER was chosen for the Business Leadership Award by the Michigan Westcoast Chamber. In 2016, DISHER was ranked by FORTUNE and Great Place to Work® as the 5th Best Small Company Workplace in the USA and the 4th Best Consulting and Professional Services Workplace in the USA.

Jeff and his wife Kathy are members at Faith CRC in Holland. He has served on the boards of Good Samaritan Ministries, Geneva Camp & Conference Center, Lakeshore Advantage, Edelweiss Association at Boyne Mtn and currently serves as Chair on the boards of the Fleetwood Group and DISHER Corp. Jeff has also served in an advisory capacity with the Holland Zeeland Model Community, Now for the Next, and Movement West Michigan. Jeff has served at Faith CRC as Cadets Director, on the Worship Team, Search Committee and Vision Team. He has also been a featured speaker on Innovation, Leadership and Culture at various chamber events and conferences in the region.

Each year, the team at DISHER Corp contributes over 2000 hours in service to area non-profits and organizations.

Jeff and his wife Kathy have four children and reside in Zeeland, Michigan. They enjoy many outdoor activities.
