President & CEO Gingras GlobalRomy Frances Kochan is a royal daughter of the one true God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; part of the warrior remnant standing for the word of God found in the Bible and hearts filled with the Holy Spirit of the Father. Romy stands for life, freedom, authority and dominion, preservation of family and exhibits a fierce love of others.
Romy acts and speaks with a fearless conviction about a relationship with the living God. Her passion for applying business strategies found in the Old Testament is witnessed by the fruit of her journey in business.
She speaks often about obedience to God according to Deuteronomy 28 and believes rest is available to those leading business in the marketplace according to Psalm 91:1. In humility, she often allows you an inside view of the epic fails on her honest journey. Periodically, Romy shares stories that have been known to leave people with side-splitting laughter.
Romy Frances Kochan is the President & CEO of Gingras Global and the affiliated companies, Gingras Global Development Inc, Frances Ann Capital Management, and NJR Light Inc soon to launch an impact software, Keles. She is the co-founder of fiscal sponsor, G1 Impact, and founder of The Prayer Truck ministry.
Gingras Global is based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan with offices in Detroit and Battle Creek serving a global clientele.
Prior to founding Gingras Global in 2011, Romy spent 23 years in the public investing industry as both an ‘intra’ and ‘entre’ preneur. She left the industry in 2012 and began the journey of private biblical business led by God.
Romy lives with her husband, Chris in Holly, Michigan and prays to continue to build a protected Kingdom for her sons, grandchildren, and extended family by blood and in Jesus; a protection that can only come from heaven, be aligned with heaven, and bear witness to God at every opportunity.
