Randall B. Klee has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. With a desire to succeed, he has enjoyed managing and developing his insurance Practice ever since.

Originally starting his own Insurance Practice specializing in Employer group benefits and consulting, and the Senior market assisting with retirement over 25 years ago.

Recognized for his leadership, outstanding sales performance, and service to clients, he has earned numerous awards throughout his career including the industry’s National Quality and National Sales Achievement Awards.

Committed to professional education, Randall is a fellow of the Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTCF) along with many other educational platforms.

Active in the industry, Randall is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international association of leading insurance professionals, recognized as the standard of excellence in the life insurance-based services industry.

Randall believes in being involved in his communities.  He has been a member of both the Troy Chamber of Commerce and the Rochester Chamber of Commerce.  The Asian community has also accepted Randall and frequently invites him to participate in their local events. He regularly attends the local Christian Business Round Table events along with the Compass Christian Business Alliance events.

Randall understands the importance of helping clients make the most appropriate insurance decisions possible and strives to offer clients strategies to help with real life insurance concerns.  He focuses on all forms of insurances for individuals and businesses as well as employee benefit plans for small businesses.

Randall currently resides in Oakland Township with his wife and two children where he enjoys spending time with his family in their pool, playing and coaching sports, time spent up north at their lake cottage, boating and just relaxing on the beach, along with reading the bible and attending their local church.  Randall also has personally led/hosted a men’s bible study and an online international based bible study for over 20 years as well. He has spoken/preached at churches and other events which is dear to his heart and welcomes the opportunity that lies ahead.

Katie Bigelow is the founder of Mettle Ops. With the vision of Warfighters Serving Warfighters, Mettle Ops focuses on three primary competencies including program management, engineering, and business development. Katie launched her business in 2013 and now holds over $52M in contracts that focus on materials and solutions for soldier survivability. Her nontraditional approach continues to redefine the government defense space.

For Katie’s first entrepreneur effort, she led and owned Sterling Resumes as a freelance technical and professional writer. As an American Patriot, her passion was to help employ the unemployed.

Mrs. Bigelow served her country as a soldier for more than 10 years. As an Army Aviator, she piloted and commanded missions in Korea and Iraq as well as the United States. Katie spent the bulk of her aviation career as a medical evacuation pilot. It was an honor and privilege to carry injured American heroes from the battlefield to safety.

She graduated from Army flight school, Army Aviation Safety School, the Defense Language Institute, holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Ridge Aeronautical University, an Associate of Arts in Foreign Language, and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University.

Katie’s family motto is “Never Give Up”. She and her husband, Mark, raise their own army of eight children in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
