Our keynote speaker is Tim Hiller: author, speaker, leader and Owner/Operator Chick-fil-A Walker. Tim will discuss the unique leadership principles and brand standards of Chick-fil-A and will talk about how his personal beliefs have impacted his career progression. Tim is a returning CBRT speaker, and this will be another must-see presentation for entrepreneurs and leaders!  Enjoy breakfast, networking and interactive discussion.  Registration and hospitality begin at 8:00 am.

Owner/Operator Chick-fil-A (Walker, MI)

” Leadership is Stewardship”

Tim Hiller is the owner/operator of the Chick-fil-A franchised location in Walker, Michigan in Grand Rapids’ west side Standale business district. Prior to opening his Chick-fil-A, Tim served nearly 9 years at Stryker Corporation—a Fortune 250 medical device company—where he has held leadership roles in global service, talent management, and sales. Prior to joining Stryker, Tim was a head high school football coach and spent time with 4 different NFL teams, primarily the Indianapolis Colts. He is a 2-time graduate of Western Michigan University, where he was an Academic All-American quarterback and winner of the Wuerffel Trophy, a national award that recognizes one football player each year for combining exemplary community service with athletic and academic achievement. He enjoys serving in his community through speaking, coaching young athletes, being active at Ada Bible Church’s East Paris campus, and through sharing his book “Strive: Life is Short, Pursue what Matters.” He is husband to Michelle (13 years) and father to Daniel age 8 and Emma age 5.
